Certification of Foundation Vapor Barrier Installation
The most frequent cause of moisture problems in a new home is moisture trapped within the structure during construction. For your peace of mind, we not only ensure your home has the proper foundation vapor barrier, we ask a third-party independent engineering firm to certify our work.

Certification of Building Envelope
We stand behind every home we build. In fact, we’re so confident of our workmanship, a third party firm provides certification of structural elements that enclose your home, including the walls, roof and foundations.

Our homes receive a third party endorsement from Green Built Texas (GBT). That means our homes conform to high standards of site management and waste recycling, water efficiency, indoor air quality, energy efficiency, materials, and homeowner education.

Pioneer Homes builds to the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED for Homes certification across the greater Dallas/Fort Worth, TX market. LEED for Homes is a certification system that promotes the design and construction of high-performance green homes which uses less energy and water and fewer natural resources; creates less waste; and is healthier and more comfortable for the occupants.
