Our homes are certified by the EPA and the Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET). We participate in RESNET’s Quality Assurance Program which certifies our homes by a third party inspector. In addition, our homes are built to Masco Corporations Environments for Living® Platinum Level energy efficiency program that also meets the Department of Energy’s Builder’s Challenge.
